Since this blog was intended to document my University life, I guess I should update it on the happenings --as it's already November and trust me, a lot has happened!
Enter 3rd year, what has Alyssa been up to?
1. Ridiculously partying non-stop (as usual, what else is University about? Oh yeah, studying) In fact, this weekend is looking to be the first week(end) I'm not going out the bar and drinking; nice! Save some money and get some work done --that I really should.
2. Going to class! Yah, yah --be proud!
3. Involved in a few clubs here to keep myself busy and organized. Intramural Bball, Volunteering, Surf Club etc. --BY THE WAY, LOVING ALL OF THESE!!
4. Gym, for that regular exercise --stay healthy!
5. Library, to stay focused.
So, you see....if I'm not at home I could be found at the Gym, Bar, or Library.
The busier I am, the more organized I am. So, this year I've been trying to find a balance between a healthy life style. Let me tell you, it's tough. I'm trying really hard and I can see that it is somewhat paying off but I need to keep working at it. I've had/I will have my moments where I feel like I'm slipping, but I know I'll pick it up. I've been feeling really good about this year and I hope to keep the momentum going. It's nice to know that I'm a bit more responsible this year, haha!
Anyways, I should probably get back to my reading, YAY! for Friday night homework!! Time to get my nerd on, I've got a whole lot to get cracking on these next 2 weeks + exams in the next 4 --GOTTA LOVE UNIVERSITY!! (Lame)
I'll try pop in more frequently; I forgot how much I love this blog.
Hope everyone's still surviving, don't worry --the Holidays are just around the corner!
